Emily Wey: Emily Wey is a high school senior at Mason High School. She dedicates the majority of her time to school, sports and work. She is currently an employee at TJ Maxx and spends a good amount of hours earning money each week. Throughout her life she has been very involved in softball and has been on a travel team for 7 years. She was fortunate enough to be a part of her high school softball team for the first three years of high school. Although she will not be playing softball anymore due to an injury, that does not change how much it has influenced her life. It has not only provided a fun activity, but also many lessons and service opportunities. Some of these opportunities include coaching a t-ball team of 6 year old girls and volunteering at camps for younger children learning to play softball. When she goes to college next year, she is planning on attending the University of Dayton and majoring in biochemistry. She is excited to go to college and looks forward to the new chapter in her life.
